Russian Express Lashes are pre-fanned, lightweight and easy to apply. These lashes, which are handmade from high quality synthetic material, enable technicians to create Russian lash effects in just 30 minutes. Available in B and C curl, in 3D, 6D, 8D and 10D and in 9 to 13mm lengths.

How to Use:
Use Lash Perfect Black Hook Tweezers to fan the lashes on the strip. Once fanned, remove from the strip and dip into the adhesive of your choice (Bond it Adhesive is recommended for Russian application due to its fast drying time). Apply fan to individual lash.
