www.wellbe.ae (The Website address) is under the ownership and operations of WellBe Trading LLC trading as wellbe.ae for its own benefit as well as for its affiliates and subsidiaries (under “we” and/or “us”) in the United Arab Emirates. WellBe Trading LLC is a limited liability company operating under the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, with trade licence number 516265 and its registered office at PO Box 71579, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please read the Terms and Conditions related within the website as they form the general terms governing the usage of the Wellbe website and affiliate services (including the use of the Call Centre and applications). Terms and Conditions may be changed over time, without notice, through posting the updated terms on our website, so please be sure to regularly give checks to the updates to avoid miscommunication. When an order has been placed through our website, you are deemed to have given content to the latest update of our Terms and Conditions posted on our Website. Terms changes must adhere to the law, therefore changes to the law and/or regulations mean we must amend our terms after placing your order, however, if the changes are before the order has been fulfilled then we are obliged to apply such changes to the order. In all other situations, the most recent update posted at the time of order will apply.

ELIGIBILITY
We aim to make the website and its affiliated services accessible to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are a registered commercial company, able to lawfully and legally: (i) make payment with the accepted legal tender types; (ii) agree to the given Terms and Conditions of the website and affiliate services and (iii) be able to enter into binding orders with us. Furthermore, only orders with delivery addresses within the Emirate of Dubai can currently be processed through the UAE website address. Please refer to the Delivery landing page. The Website is for commercial use is not permitted for personal use. We reserve the right to decline orders suspected for personal usage.

REGISTRATION
In order to take advantage and have access to the features and services of this website and affiliated services, you can either utilise the Website (or Website Call Centre) to create an account and register your details with us. It is your ongoing responsibility to make sure that your company and payment details provided to us are valid, accurate and complete. You can update your details through the account section, contacting us here, or by contacting us via info@wellbe.ae. It is advised to keep personal and payment details confidential and secure. Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. At WellBe, we are heavily committed to complying with our Privacy Policy and ensuring customer security, however, we are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of details provided. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are concerned that your account is compromised. By registering at Wellbe.ae or placing an order on the website you warrant that you are abiding by the eligibility criteria described above and that the information provided is yours, valid, accurate and complete in all respects.

Orders
All orders are considered complete only after the payment terms and conditions are met, or has been received by Wellbe.ae as confirmed by our Finance Department. To confirm the orders, Wellbe.ae may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. Wellbe.ae will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, Wellbe.ae will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.

Product Availability
In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time. In such an event, wellbe.ae will contact the Customer and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, wellbe.ae shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, wellbe.ae shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

PAYMENT
Wellbe.ae currently accepts the following types of tender for orders placed on the website:
● Visa, Mastercard, American Express(AMEX).
● Paypal.
● Cash/cheque on delivery
● Online Credit.

Payment will be taken upon the placement of an order on our website. By entering your confidential payment details onto our website, you warrant that you are befittingly authorised to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not personally authorised by you, the payment method is invalid or where we do not think you are authorised to use the relevant tender.
PayPal: Orders completed through PayPal will be redirected to the PayPal merchant page.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Wellbe.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
We work with Quip up (UAE ORDERS) and Aramex (GCC ORDERS) in order to provide you with the quickest service and the best prices. All shipments made from approved Orders are shipped using a 3rd party fulfillment service. Please refer to the terms and conditions of Aramex and Quipup Company for more details on shipment details.

PRICES
Prices on the wellbe.ae website are displayed in AED and exclude any add on services you may pair with the products, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject to. Any additional costs will be displayed to you upon the final checkout.

If you purchase using a payment method denominated in foreign currency to AED, the payment will be put under the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time the payment is completed.

The distance of the destination of the order, the items and services you select as well as the method of delivery may determine the delivery charges. Please refer to the delivery section for further details on delivery options.
We aim to make every effort to ensure the prices displayed on the website and in our communications are correct, errors may potentially occur. If an error occurs:

1. has already been processed, then we may at our discretion:
   1. Void the Order (or part thereof), arrange for collection of the differently priced item(s) from your original Order delivery address in the Emirate of Dubai and issue you a full refund including original Order delivery fees, taxes and duties (if applicable);
   2. Where the price you paid is lower than the actual price of the item, honour the price in your Order; or
   3. Where the price you paid is higher than the actual price of the item, refund you the difference between the two values;
2. Has not yet been processed, then we will notify you as soon as possible and only process the Order once you have confirmed you are happy to buy at the correct price or otherwise cancel the Order and refund your payment in full.

Usage of Promo code by the Company
Wellbe.ae has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website. Wellbe.ae can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of having received the promo code. Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by wellbe.ae. Promo codes at Wellbe Trading’s discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions. Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on the site.

Terms & Conditions of use of the website
All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information.
Your membership is solely for your own commercial use. Any use of this website or its content other than your commercial use purposes is prohibited. You will not engage in any form of antisocial, disrupting, or destructive acts, including “flaming,” “spamming,” “flooding,” “trolling,” “phishing” and “griefing” as those terms are commonly understood and used on the internet.

You will not delete or modify any content of the website and / or services, including but not limited to, legal notices, disclaimers or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, logos, that you do not own or have express permission to modify. WellBe Trading cannot and will not assure that other users are or will be complying with the foregoing rules or any other provisions of this terms of use, and, as between you and WellBe Trading, you hereby assume all risk of harm or injury resulting from any such lack of compliance.

All trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to WellBe Trading. No information, content or material from the website and / or services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the WellBe Trading express written permission.

You acknowledge that when you access a link that leaves the website, the site you will enter into is not controlled by Wellbe Trading and different terms of use and privacy policy may apply. By accessing links to other sites, you acknowledge that WellBe Trading is not responsible for those sites. WellBe Trading reserves the right to disable links from third-party sites to the website, although Wellbe trading is under no obligation to do so.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to the principle of conflict of laws. Any actions seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to these terms will be brought only in the Court of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
